Examining the cause of heart disease is kind of frightning because I worry about other people. My parents, my grandparent, my brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors. What are we subjecting our bodies to exactly? We are sowing the wrong seeds and bearing bad fruit. Is there a place to start? Surely, starting at square one everyday is a good place. We came upon this book called, The Master Cleanse. It is an ominous instruction because our lives may depend on it. At some point we all have to start at square one all over again.
